BOOKING: A credit card on file is required.
ARRIVAL & PARKING: The clinic is located at 990 Gainsborough Road inside Thompson Medical Centre. Please follow the pink signs to office 23 on the second floor. There is paid parking on-site for $4. If you’re scheduled on a weekend or evening; please note the front door may be locked, text or call me upon your arrival at 519-777-6053.
PAYMENT: Accepted payment methods include Interact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Google Pay. All prices are + HST.
CANCELLATIONS: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of $50.
LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOW: No shows will be charged a $50 fee. If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled, and you may be charged a $50 fee. If you anticipate being late, please notify me as soon as possible.
HEALTH & SAFETY: If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.

CONSULTATION
Want to refresh your look and not sure which treatment to book? Book a complimentary consultation to discuss your aesthetic goals. A personalized and thorough assessment is completed and a customized treatment plan is created to address your concerns. Treatment may be done on day of consultation or you may need to rebook a second appointment for treatment.
FOLLOW UP
A 2-week follow up appointment is recommended after botox and filler treatments. There is no cost to the appointment.
For botox follow-up: touch ups are included in the price. Filler follow-up: If additional product is desired, cost will be discussed at appointment.

Neuromodulators including Botox®, Nuceiva® and Dysport® are clinically proven to temporarily improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. They start to be effective a few days after injection and take 2 weeks to fully settle. Treatment is required every 3-4 months to maintain desired results. Pricing is per treatment area, each client will be assessed and treated as necessary for desired results. There is no limit on units per treatment area. Treatment will be completed with Health Canada approved neuromodulators including Botox®, Nuceiva® or Dysport®. All treatments include a 2-week follow up and complimentary touch up if required. SCULPTRA
Sculptra is a Health Canada approved biostimulator (poly-L-lactic acid) that helps stimulate your own natural collagen production. It targets facial wrinkles & fine lines, reduces sagging/improves skin tightness, revealing a refreshed-looking you with natural yet impactful results.
Typically, 1 vial per decade of life is recommended. Multiple sessions are required with 1-2 vials per session spaced 4-8 weeks apart. Results are visible 2-3 months after treatment and last up to 2 years.
PCDC PERMANENT FAT DISSOLVING
PCDC (phosphatidycholine and deoxycholic acid) targets stubborn fat and breaks down fat cells. Typically, 3 treatments 4-6 weeks apart are required for optimal results, some clients may need up to 6 treatments.
VITAMIN BAR (WELLNESS INJECTIONS)
Wellness injections are administered via intramuscular (IM) injection in the arm (the deltoid muscle). IM injections allow for maximum absorption of the vitamins directly into the body, bypassing the digestive system's metabolic processes that can dismiss the bioavailability of oral supplements. Wellness injection appointments constitute of a short visit (15 minutes) where your health history will be reviewed, and the injection will be administered. Injections are recommended once a week for 4-8 weeks then monthly. An individualized treatment plan will be discussed at your appointment.
